I’m Tania Venegas, a portrait photographer originally from Venezuela, now based in the UK. My photography journey began as a personal outlet — a way to process, express, and communicate emotions that were often silenced in my home country. Coming from a place where creative freedom is limited under dictatorship, I found in photography a powerful tool to reclaim emotional expression and tell stories that matter.

In 2025, I earned my BA (Hons) in Photography from Kingston University. My academic training has deepened my understanding of visual storytelling, light, and composition, and helped shape my creative voice. My work focuses on emotionally resonant portraiture, blending contemporary aesthetics with conceptual depth.
